Industry turnover indices

According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in March 2013, in
comparison with March 2012, was 103.4.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in March 2013, in comparison with March 2012, decreased by 4.6%, and the index of
non-domestic turnover in industry increased by 7.6%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in March 2013, in comparison with March 2012, decreased
by 1.0%, while in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 3.6%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in March 2013, in comparison with March 2012, was higher in Capital goods
industries by 45.0%, Durable consumer goods industries by 3.3% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 10.6%, but
lower in Energy by 49.1% and Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 10.6%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in March 2013, in comparison with February 2013, was 110.6, while
in the period January-March 2013, in comparison with January-March 2012, the turnover index in industry was 103.8.
