As part of the practical work programme of the International Balkan University, a group of second-year students at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences visited the State Statistical Office. During their visit, the students were introduced to the primary objective of the Office, its history, organisation, and to the vision and mission of the State Statistical Office. The students wanted to know how various statistical surveys are conducted, and they also showed great interest in the web page of the Office, and particularly in the MAKStat database.

At the end of the visit, the students and their professor, Prof. Julijana Angelovska, conveyed their satisfaction with the visit and expressed interest for experts from the Office to hold lectures at the International Balkan University.
