The State Statistical Office started with the training of the regional instructors selected by the State Census Commission from the ranks of the state administration, the municipal administration and the administration of the City of Skopje, as well as from the public administration from the Enumeration Regions in Skopje (with headquarters in Aerodrom, Butel, Kisela Voda, Chair, Gjorche Petrov, Karposh, Centar, Studenichani, Shuto Orizari, Gazi Baba and Ilinden) and from Enumeration Region 17 – Veles, for conducting the Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in the Republic of Macedonia, 2011.
